SALES:

Title:  Director of Sales & Marketing

We currently have a career opportunity for a hands-on, take-charge Director of Sales & Marketing with strong managerial and leadership skills to join our Sales Team. Reporting to the Company President, responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for domestic and international markets to retain and maximize existing customer base.
  
• Lead, mentor and train a productive sales force, including international representatives.
  
• Build a successful worldwide sales network and ensure the success of entire sales network.
  
• Resource planning and budget management
  
• Work proactively with Executive Management Team in areas of business strategy, new product identification and development.

A minimum of 10 years of sales and marketing management experience in capital equipment manufacturing is required, plus appropriate BA/BS in business management or engineering. The qualified applicant must possess a track record of proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate Sales Team, develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans for domestic and international markets, and be experienced in developing and working with both a direct sales staff and sales representatives.  Periodic travel will be necessary.
